Mentorship & Consultation

Want to learn how to do this yourself?

Not everyone needs an agency. Some people just need someone to show them what actually works, point out what's broken, and help them fix it. That's what this page is for. Below you'll find free fixes you can make today, plus the ways we can work together directly.

Three kinds of people usually end up here

If you recognise yourself in any of these, we'll probably have a useful conversation.

🚀

Aspiring social media managers

You want to build a freelance career in social media but you're not sure what to charge, how to find clients, or what a real strategy actually looks like. You've watched the videos. You need someone to look at your work and tell you the truth.

🏪

Business owners doing it themselves

You're not ready to hand social media over to anyone, and that's fine. You just want to stop guessing. You want a strategy that fits your business and the confidence to execute it without second-guessing every post.

🧭

Anyone stuck somewhere in between

Maybe you're a marketer who wants to level up. Maybe you inherited the company Instagram and have no idea what you're doing. Sessions are shaped around wherever you actually are, not a fixed curriculum.

Pick the depth that fits you

Clear pricing, no hidden extras. Everything starts with a free call so we can work out which one actually fits. No pressure to commit on that call.

Fixes you can make yourself today

These are the problems I see most often, and every one of them is something you can fix without hiring anybody. Start here. If you get stuck, that's when we talk.

01

Your bio doesn't say what you do

Most bios describe a vibe instead of an offer. Rewrite yours in one sentence: who you help, what you help them do, and what happens next. If a stranger can't tell in three seconds, it's not working.

02

You're posting for everyone, so nobody responds

Write down one specific person you're talking to. Their job, their frustration, the exact thing keeping them up at night. Then write your next five posts to only that person. Engagement follows specificity.

03

No content pillars, so you post randomly

Pick four themes you can talk about forever. Educational, personal, proof, and offer is a solid starting set. Rotate through them. This alone kills the "what do I post today" problem permanently.

04

Your hooks are too soft

The first line decides everything. Cut any post's opening line and ask whether the second line could stand alone as a stronger hook. Nine times out of ten it can. Lead with tension, not throat-clearing.

05

You never ask for anything

Being helpful is good, but if you never make an offer, people assume you aren't available. Add a clear call to action to roughly one in every four posts. Not aggressive, just clear about what to do next.

06

You post and disappear

Spend fifteen minutes replying to comments and engaging with your target audience right after you post. The algorithm rewards it and, more importantly, actual humans notice. This is the highest-return unpaid thing you can do.

07

You're on every platform badly

Two platforms done properly beats five done poorly. Pick where your audience genuinely spends time, go deep there, and let the rest go. Repurpose from your strongest platform rather than creating natively everywhere.

08

You're not tracking anything useful

Follower count is a vanity number. Track saves, shares, profile visits, and link clicks instead. Those correlate with actual business results. Check them monthly and let the data tell you what to make more of.

From first call to actually knowing what you're doing

No lengthy onboarding, no course you never finish. Just a straightforward path from confused to confident.

01

Free call

Thirty minutes to talk through where you are, what's frustrating you, and what you're trying to build. No pitch.

02

Honest diagnosis

I'll tell you what I think is actually wrong, even if the answer is that you don't need to pay me anything.

03

Pick your format

Single consultation, ongoing mentorship, or the structured course. We'll agree on what fits your goals and budget.

04

Do the work

We meet, you build, I review, we adjust. You leave every session knowing exactly what to do next.

Ready to stop guessing?

The first call costs nothing and usually clarifies more than you'd expect.

Questions, answered

The things people usually want to know before booking.

One-off consultations are $50 per hour. Ongoing one-on-one mentorship is $300 per month. The course and workshops are a one-time $200. The discovery call is free either way, and if I think a cheaper option would serve you better, I'll say so.
No. I work with complete beginners and with people already running client accounts. Sessions are shaped around your level, so a beginner spends time on fundamentals while someone more experienced might focus on pricing, positioning, or scaling. Nobody sits through material they don't need.
Most people do weekly or fortnightly sessions. Weekly works well when you're building something quickly and want momentum. Fortnightly gives you more time to implement between calls. We'll pick whatever matches your pace and adjust if it isn't working.
Real things. We look at your actual accounts, your actual content, your actual clients or prospects. Theory only comes up when it explains why something isn't working. You should be able to apply everything from a session within a day of having it.
Yes, this is one of the most common things people come to me for. We cover positioning, where to find clients, how to pitch, what to charge, and how to run the first engagement so it goes well. I can't promise a client, but I can make sure you're not the reason you don't get one.
Then take them and go. They're genuinely free and genuinely useful, and plenty of people will get everything they need from that list alone. If they solve your problem, that's a good outcome. If they surface a bigger one, you know where to find me.
Yes. Everything runs remotely over video call, and I already work with clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We'll find a time that works across time zones. Being in different countries has never been a problem.
